SS-3000 Sprayable Military Undercoating
SS-3000 is a fast cure silicone RTV rubber developed for spray undercoating of military vehicles. SS-3000 is a 1-Part silicone that when cured offers sound dampening properties in a fireproof rubber coating. SS-3000 is superior to petroleum / asphalt based undercoatings in both abrasion and fire resistance. SS-3000 works well in manual and automatic spraying equipment.

Method of Application
Apply two coats of 25mils. Allow to cure 24 hours prior to use.

Limitations
Do not use product in a fuel or solvent immersion application. Allow to fully
cure before putting assembly into service.
Handling and safety
For maximum shelf life, keep containers sealed when not in use. Keep out of
the reach of children. Uncured sealant irritates eyes and skin. Refer to MSDS.
Shelf-life
Sealed containers are guaranteed for 1 year from the ship date when stored
in a cool dry area below 70 F.
