SS-8112 is a fast curing, pourable, silicone RTV rubber developed for potting and encapsulation applications. SS-8112 is a two part, variable mix ratio silicone that
when mixed allows handling of the assembly within 20 to 120 minutes. SS-8112 works well in manual or automatic static mix dispensing
equipment.

Mixing Instructions
The method of mixing SS-8812 is either through a static
mixer or manually at a 100: 3-5 mix ratio by weight - dependant on the desired cure speed. .
Packaging
SS-8812 is available in 10 lb. kits, 50 lb. kits and 550 lb. kits. This product
is also available in customer defined packaging sizes, upon request.

98% solids, contains no solvents
Adhesion
Primerless adhesion to most plastics, metals and typical substrates.
Service temperature
-40 to 204C continuous
Limitations
Allow to fully cure before putting assembly into service.
Handling and safety
For maximum shelf life, keep containers sealed when not in use. Keep out of
the reach of children. Uncured sealant irritates eyes and skin. Refer to MSDS.
Shelf-life
Sealed containers are guaranteed for 6 months from the ship date when stored
in a cool dry area below 70 F.
